The Therapist is responsible for providing clinical counseling services through telehealth and/or in-office sessions. Therapists assess client needs, create individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families. Ideal candidates are compassionate, motivated, and able to work independently while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapeutic counseling services (individual, couples, or family)
   
• Develop and update treatment plans tailored to client goals
   
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation (within 72 hours)
   
• Attend weekly supervision meetings and periodic training
   
• Collaborate with supervisors and admin team to ensure quality of care
   
• Participate in internal training and case consultation
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
   
• Licensed (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) in the state of Georgia or Michigan
   
• At least 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred
   
• Experience working with couples, trauma, and emotional wellness a plus
   
• Ability to work evenings or weekends preferred
   
• Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) is a plus
