🔹 Therapist / Counselor (Contract 1099)
The Therapist is responsible for providing clinical counseling services through telehealth and/or in-office sessions. Therapists assess client needs, create individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families. Ideal candidates are compassionate, motivated, and able to work independently while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapeutic counseling services (individual, couples, or family)
- Develop and update treatment plans tailored to client goals
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation (within 72 hours)
- Attend weekly supervision meetings and periodic training
- Collaborate with supervisors and admin team to ensure quality of care
- Participate in internal training and case consultation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Licensed (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) or Associate Licensed (APC, AMFT, LMSW) in the state of Georgia or Michigan
- At least 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred
- Experience working with couples, trauma, and emotional wellness a plus
- Ability to work evenings or weekends preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) is a plus
🔹 Clinical Intern (Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work)
We offer internship opportunities for graduate students seeking hours toward licensure in LMFT, LPC, or LCSW tracks. Interns will receive direct supervision and hands-on experience working with a diverse caseload including individuals, couples, and families via telehealth and/or in-person sessions.
Responsibilities:
- Shadow and provide counseling services under supervision
- Assist in assessment and treatment planning
- Attend clinical supervision and team meetings
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Demonstrate professionalism and cultural sensitivity
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited graduate program (MFT, Counseling, Social Work)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable, professional, and committed to client care
- Available to work 10-15 hours/week minimum
